The hotel is well located and equipped, staff is pleasant but its offer seems a bit too expensive, especially meals (dinner buffet-tpye approx. 25 Eur). Wifi Internet is free but very slow and unstable. Bt the pool outside and spa inside worth visiting and it is free.

Room Tip: Be aware of pickpockets outside, I have been stolen (grabbed of the pavement from a motorcycle) a mo...

Definitely a ***** star hotel. :-)

Lovely breakfast, fastest wireless internet connection in Morocco, nice staff, centrally located close to everything. The swimming pool area is also stunning! I will definitely stay here again when coming back to Marrakech.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious, however needs maintenance. Broken mirror, shower house leaking, hairdryer not functioning, room entrance door severly damaged and very dirty.
As for front desk staff; rude and have no understanding of customer service. No maps, no info, luggage brought to room after 45 minutes. Definetly no 5 star hotel. As surprise one have to pay $3 per day to have access to safety box in your room.
We advise travellers to see for alternative hotels, there are sufficient offers in Marrakech!

The rooms were nice, but we didn't spend much time in them because there is so much to see and do in Marrakech. I would like to have taken a dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing; however, the pool closes at 6:00pm. It should stay open longer. The lobby was beautiful, but the front desk staff was only adequate.

We stayed three nights. Overall the Hotel was clean, the room nice, and the outdoor gardens and pool area was very good. But... the front desk never had local money for exchange. Wi-Fi was on and off, the breakfast buffet was good, but trying to get coffee or tea or service was quite a chore. Too many people, not enough help. The same with the restaurant at night, only one waiter for all the tables, huh? I will commend the concierge, who went out of his way to not only tell us about the Casino in the Hotel Es Saadi across the street, he actually escorted us down the dark side street to get there. Bravo!

This was our entrance to Morocco via Marrakech. An internet booked hotel that seemed cheap for what it professed to be. You get what you pay for. A tourist bus motel with bland food, average service and a swimming pool.

We stayed here for 3 nights for my birthday. I would say that this is definitely not a 5* hotel. The gardens were lovely and the place was relaxing but when it came to any kind of customer service the place was absolutely zero rated. We waited well over an hour for a sandwich at lunch time at the pool side restaurant and the breakfast service was appalling. Surly, disinterested staff. Tables not cleared or set for new arrivals. Very grubby, coffee stained table cloths. Guests were all grabbing cutlery and cups and saucers from other tables that had not been occupied. When I asked for a glass of Sauvignon blanc at the pool side restaurant I was told that if I wasn't buying a bottle I had no choice in my selection of wine and would get what I was given. All interactions with the hotel reception staff were unhelpful, surly and unsmiling. Rooms are comfortable but fairly average and wifi is not stable. Payment is required for use of in room safe which I find unusual for an allegedly 5* establishment. Not a 5* experience in any way, shape of form. Not recommended.
