We spent a week at the hotel and I couldn't fault the service we received, set outside the city in the palmeraie district the hotel is set in extensive landscaped grounds with the rooms grouped in low level traditional style Marrakech buildings set in small courtyards. At the centre is the bar and restaurant as well as a heated swimming pool and outdoor bar/restaurant. The bedrooms are traditionally decorated, lovely tiled floors, polished plaster & reclaimed antique doors.

The staff are delightful and ready to recommend restaurants and bars in the city. Any negatives? Well, we had no mirror in the bedroom & 2 other guests complained of the same thing, also there are no shower curtains so the water ends up across the bathroom, both are minor points that the management could easily rectify. A major plus is the courtesy bus in and out of the city 3 times a day.

Would I revisit? Definitely. If you want a relaxing winter break by the pool this ticks the boxes.

Dear georgie1964,

Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay with us.
We notice that you appreciated the ambiance and style of our hotel, which is certainly different from many traditional structures. As you mention, we offer for example different small vilas with maximum 5 rooms each, in order to provide a maximum of privacy.
I have well taken note as well of your sugestions concerning the mirror and shower facilities and thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
It is your opinion that counts and helps us to continiously improve our service.
Our team is looking forward to welcoming you soon again for another relaxing break.
Our best wishes to you and your loved ones…have a lovely Christmas time,

Just returned from a stay at this lovely hotel which is approx 15 mins taxi ride from the souk in Marrakech. Built in the traditional Moroccan style the rooms are tasteful and spacious but not for those seeking five star mod cons there are no flat screen tvs or modern bathrooms just elegant traditional furnishings. The hotel is built as a series of small villas some with private gardens, terraces and plunge pools (I think these are all suites) amidst a warren of lush landscaping. This layout makes it feel very private, more like having your own villa than a hotel room. I was there for a private party so can't comment on the hotel being filled with small children as some have suggested. Staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Omelettes at breakfast are exceptional. I've stayed in the centre of Marrakech before but definitely prefer the quiet calm that this location offers. The hotel has plenty of taxis to take you to the centre quickly.

Room tip: worth paying the extra for a suite with terrace and garden

Dear Familyofive5,

We wish to thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of our hotel with other travelers.
We are pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay.

The philosophy of our boutique hotel is infact to offer a vaste private space, close enough to reach easily the medina, but same time giving the possibility to relax all year round in our beautiful parc and around the pool, which is of course heated during winter season.
We have our own style in terms of rooms and furniture, which reflects Moroccan tradition but in a soft and not overlaoded way.
The hotel is simply as individual as our guests.

We would love to welcome you again and in case we might be of assistance you can reach me personally at direction@les-deuxtours.com.

All best,

We stayed with some friends and had a busy schedule, which didn´t keep us from enjoying the pool, hammam, massage - all lovely. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel rooms and grounds are impressive, full of details to be discovered. And only a 30 min ride from the Medina. Hope to be back.

Room tip: Room 2 is fantastic, with a private pool!

We have just returned from Les Deux Tours with our two young sons. We loved our stay, the rooms are full of character and the whole hotel is beautiful. Our bed was so comfortable and we loved our private terrace and huge suit. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and above all welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful with pastries, fruits and cakes, each day there was a new little delight and we all loved it and ate far too much. The grounds and pools are lovely and it felt comforting to come back to after a visit into the town. A really special place

Dear jtktdtwt,
Thank you for sharing this comment with other travelers.
We are delighted to read that you always liked to come back to the hotel ground after having visited the medina. This shows that the concept to pass the stay in a place which might be out of the buzzing center, but that offers a relaxing ambiance in the middle of a lush parc, is matching with the preferences of many guests visiting Marrakech.
Thank you as well for mentioning the cordiality of the staff as well as our restaurant and the grounds and pool facility.
It would be a great pleasure to welcome you again at « Les Deux Tours ».

Until then our team wishes you a homey Christmas period and all the best for the coming year.

With warm regards,

A really niiiiice place in amazing gardens. A real pleasure to walk in this heaven of nature.
A pitty that the staff is so unprofessional. They were really nice and welcoming at the reception, but forgot our orders for breakfast, forbid us to sit around the swimming pool even if there was nobody but people "reserved" their places already from 7:00 morning by putting their stuff on chairs (it was more than 9:00), ...
