The good: Abdel was a wonderful host and the room was nice. Internet was spotty but we managed. My traveling companion got sick and the lovely cook & housekeeper (whose name escapes me at this moment) took wonderful care of her.
The okay: It's a bit of a walk to the center of the medina but if you pay attention to the landmarks along the way it is easy to find your way back.
The bad: The wash room smelled. I guess when you're staying in an ancient city the plumbing isn't perfect.
Advice: If you stay at Riad Kalinka Lotus bring incense. It helps immensely.
