Spent 2 nights in this luxury hotel and enjoyed the experience. A little detached from the hustle and bustle of the Grand market that would require a taxi ride as it would take 20 minutes walking. Hotel is popular with European visitors.

We stayed two days in this hotel as part of a packaged tour. The hotel is conveniently located near the medina. The room was spacious, confortable and clean. The food and the services were very good. The staff were helpful, friendly and prompt.
We realy enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and it was my first time in Marrakech and this hotel really gave the best impression of a first time visit . The staff are amazing , houdha and fatin in the front desk were really helpful to find my booking ... the front desk manager I believe his name is ( amire) . He was very gentle with me in the check in and the check out .

Even if the food was not that good in The buffet restaurant , the staff made me forget about that and the pool bar also had a crazy and so funny barman which I love his attitude . He has a great quality of customer service (Bilale).

Thank you all for this great hospitality you provided me .

I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of visit. And I definitely will go back there.

This 5 Star hotel is literally just across the road from the Convention Centre but that particular building is currently under renovation. The heart of Marrakesh is a short taxi drive but, if you are on a romantic weekend visit, why not take one of the horse drawn carriages. This hotel offers a choice of restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and a swimming pool complex that is shared by the neighbouring hotel - also part of the same group. Understanding how corny this sounds but it is true, this hotel offers a peaceful oasis in which to relax after exploring the souk or enjoying all the attractions of the main square.

Our hotel room had a balcony overlooking the garden, outdoor restaurant below and the swimming pool. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Like all other hotels in Morocco, there were no slippers, complimentary bottles of water or tea/coffee however, it did provide us with bathrobes. The hotel grounds had nice greenery and there were lots of seating areas away from reception where one could attempt to connect to the wireless internet. Like all the five star hotels I have stayed at in Morocco, this one also suffered from poor and very slow internet connection. No one used the swimming pool, so I think like all the other hotels that we stayed at on this tour, it wasn't heated and therefore too cold for swimming in winter.

There is a bar near the restaurant and in the evening a live band performs there. The restaurant in early morning and at night is poorly lit. I have good vision and even I struggled in there. It was worse for those who are visually impaired as the restaurant was pitch black to them. All the hotel has to do is use brighter lights. There is no need to create a romantic ambiance if people cannot find their way to the buffet or see what they are eating on their plate.

This hotel is located in the area of Marrakesh where there seems to be a concentration of hotels. It is a good half an hour walk to the bustling market (Djemaa El Fna).
The spa at this hotel is very expensive and difficult to book as the lady at the spa reception only spoke French and Arabic with very rudimentary English.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that over looks the garden area and pool.

As soon as we opened the door to the first room we had been allocated, you could smell that there was a drainage problem. We therefore immediately asked, and were given, another room with no problems. The Hotel is well presented on the ground floor but there is no disguising that the rooms need some refurbishment. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean and we'd be happy to return.
We were there for two nights with a tour group.
