Clean and charming rooms, friendly staff. We were absolutely satisfied. Very good food in the riad from traditional moroccan to european cooking. The manager gave us lots of good suggestions about points of interest and shopping.

My partner and I went travelling around Morocco and started off here which was lovely. It was my first time in Morocco and the vibe I got from here was great especially as I was on first impressions of Marrakech!

The atmosphere was nice and chilled, the food was gorgeous - really tasty, our room was great, a nice size for us two and the bathroom was ideal. The rooftop terrace is perfect for chilling and sunbathing. The location was perfect, nice to be able to dip in and out of the craziness of the square.
If I had to mention just one minor thing, it would be that the air conditioner was not great and being a classic Brit abroad the heat got a bit much for us at times especially of an evening.

Overall, very peaceful, lovely traditional Moroccan decor, great ambience, was very pleased.

Best thing for us about Riad Nora was the hospitality. The staff are very sweet and lovely. Big shout out to Hasiz who was a lovely guy and really accommodating to us.

This was our first trip to Marrakech and was advised to try a Riad rather than a hotel by my sister who's been to Marrakech many times and have always said in Riad's.

I have to say that we wasn't disappointed and if we where to come back to Marrakech, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this Riad. The Riad was lovely, location was nice and close to all the sites and as many people have already said, the rooms are big, comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the orange juice is to die for !! (but its good anywhere in Marrakech). Thank you Axel & staff for your hospitality !!!.

Beautiful place and a very good location if you want to be close to the action...near the Square, the Bahia Palace...easy access to cabs if you want yet tucked away down an interesting street. We had a "family room" that easily accommodated three of us. Great big bathroom. Lots of privacy. Great rooftop seating. Loved the little plunge pool...can't tell you how great it was for your feet after a 100 degree day...and often there were fresh roses floating in it! Hosts were very helpful in arranging some of our travel plans. Breakfasts complete and they varied some each day, making each morning a surprise. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff of Riad Nora are wonderful, warm and every helpful. The courtyard, public rooms and terrace were lovely places to rest and relax. Our room was spacious and comfortable but a bit rustic and in the extreme heat not as comfortable as a spoiled American might like.
Individual rooms are air conditioned and the unit performed admirably given the conditions.

The breakfast was of good size and we enjoyed a dinner there as well.

Riad Nora was an oasis of beauty and rest in this impressive city. Everytime we came back we were glad to be home. The owners are very nice and the people who work there are attentive and very sweet. It is the kind of place you wish to come back to. We were there for a week and it was still not enough.

Room Tip: they are all good

We visited Riad Nora in April 2012 with another family. It was perfect that we could use one floor for ourselves (3 rooms, one of them for our 4 children who wanted to have their own room.
The terrasse above was a quiet and relaxing place and also nice to use for breakfast and diner and to escape from the busy market atmosphere. The location in the medina was perfect to be quickly everywhere. The rooms have flair, the beds are convenient. The riad is owned by a suisse couple who gave us good recommendations of tours and places to see. The personal running the house was very friendly.

Dear Thomas,

Thank you for your lovely review. We have very nice memories from your visit with your family at Riad Nora. The henna tattooing at the riad, the excursions to Lalla Takerkoust and the daily swimming of your children in the courtyard pool..

All the best and hope seeing you again in Marrakech one day.
