Marrakech is a MUST, great place to suit all budgets with amazing people. The hotel was in a lovely residential area, close walking distance to fantastic bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving we were met by the concierge, who took our bags inside, were the porter delivered them to our room. Reception staff were polite and efficient and showed us the hotel facilities whilst escorting us to our room. The room was large and Clean, with a lovely balcony. We stayed for four nights, enjoyed lovely breakfasts, comfy beds, fabulously large pool and all round good service. Decor although a tad tired was sumptuous and had a real Moroccan Feel great carved doors, walls, ceilings and furniture and some beautiful led lights that acted like prisms at certain times in the day. Purchasing food and drink was a little expensive in the hotel, but you can catch a taxi outside for a short ride to Medina ( around 5 Euros ) walk around one corner with small chain shop for large baguette ( around 1 Euro), around the other corner was a nice Cafe (lunch 4 Euros) and great restaurant with belly dancing and great Tagines. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
We stayed for 4 nights i february, and we enjoyed the hotel, clean, quiet and a good breakfast. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and efficient roomkeeping. Will recommend this hotel.
Me and my wife booked this hotel through Expedia and initially it looked very clean and the decor was nice however, this was just the face of the hotel. Upon arriving at the reception although staff are there to assist they get distracted by other collegues or the phone going off this seemed very rude. Anyway we looked beyond that and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We thought our holiday would be great, oh how we were wrong. At 9pm from 4am we had loud banging and drilling from the work that was being carried out, we immediately complained and were told that it would stop, thankfully it did. BEWARE you are not aloud to bring in food that you have brought from, outside including, mineral water. Staff are not very help in recommending places to eat.
Upon arriving here we had to wait for 5 hours before our room was allocated to us. We were told to leave the bags in reception, along with everyone elses bags...
We stayed 'all inclusive' so I explained this to recpetion and asked where we could freshen up and get a snack and a drink after our journey. I was told that we would have to wait until the room was allocated or pay individually.... A coke was £3!!!
The pool was nce, if a little over crowded. Sunbeds were fully occupied by towels from 5am every day!
In the all inclusive restaurant, the staff were brilliant and the food was actually ok.
In summary, I'd say 3 star maximum and deluxe...? I think not...!
They say you get what you pay for and we got a super cheap deal. We just needed a bed for the night before an early flight home the next day. The entrance and lobby is lovely, the pool nice but the room very tired and the shower cabinet completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We didn't eat in the hotel because the place just felt tired and didn't smell as fresh as it might. A perfectly fine place for a cheap night but don't expect anything deluxe!
