I stayed here at the end of my holiday just for a night. The check in took over an hour and when we got to our room there were two men laying on the bed playing a ghetto blaster. An hour later and we were shown to a room that was very shabby and unclean - yes really dirty. It was weekend and the hotel is obviously used by 'clubbers' who returned at 4am and made an incredible racket. The breakfast was really basic. We didn't use any of the facilities like pool but they looked very worn. The service was pathetic throughout and this looks to be the last refuge of cheap weekend packages. There are so many better places around Marrakech. The Meridien nearby is in another class.

Looks great from the outside, even the foyer and public rooms are great, but service is pathetic and individual rooms need lots of work. We are here as part of a tour but we are a small group using only 14 rooms. We have all been shoved out the back even though, clearly there are not many other people here and we could have had pool views. Pool looks lovely. Our particular room, 322, well, for a start it is smelly, toilet doesn't flush properly, shower doesn't drain at all, a normal sized person cannot fit on the bidet and the safe & tv don't work. Room was serviced but towels not replaced, still waiting for them when we asked at reception, an hour later. Meals were included but not drinks, we practically had to chase them to take our drink order, you'd think they would want to get as many drinks into us considering we were paying. Also one of the two lifts to our room doesn't work. This hotel needs a lot of work to be up to a deluxe standard.

Very good location, close to the Medina and place jma el fna (10 minutes by foot) but far enough not to feel the medina chaos. The room was clean and quite big, the swimming pool was just amazing! Good value for money in low season. Breakfast excellent!!

I took my wife away to Marrakech for a week’s break as it was her birthday so decided to take her somewhere nice as i herd nothing but good things about Marrakech.

We booked a 7 night stay at the hotel and on arrival was happy that I booked this hotel as the decor was traditional and lounge was huge so got us into the feeling that we have finally arrive in Morocco. On arrival firstly the reception managed to mess up the room booking as I had specifically asked to have the pool view and in fact had the view of the walls which was very disappointing. Once I had made this complaint and we moved an 1hr later the room we was given was spacious and had another room next to it which was clean. One problem was there was no iron in the room and we had to pay to iron our clothes which always seemed to take 2 hours and had to wait and then pay extra because they don’t leave you till you have tipped them.
Breakfast was nice but again it would take hours standing t in the queue for poached eggs which on the 5th i just could not handle.
The hotels location was good and was only a short taxi ride from the main square.
Overall my experience was the hotel location and rooms were nice but unfortunately you have to wait hours for anything to get done even something as small as ironing.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool are the best to choose as they have a nice view

The hotel is out in the sticks. The staff were not friendly at all or welcoming. The Hotel room we got was very nice with pool view and high floor, however the A/C was not working and a few days into our holiday we asked to be moved to another room. WE were taken to another part of the hotel and shown a very run down room next to the hotel staff room, which was noisy. The room was disgusting and view was of a rubbish dump, it had ac but we preferred our original room although a bit warm we had balcony and lovely pool view. So be careful what room you are given as I noticed some parts were better then others. Thankfully ours was fine. Also they did not like you buying drinks and food from outside, they wanted you to buy from hotel which were over priced.

Room Tip: We stayed in the first part of hotel near the reception.
