I was recommended this place by a friend who stayed here last September.

It is a great location. We walked everywhere to the Medina, Yves St Laurent Gardens.... Bahia Palace... Etc. The staff are very polite, very helpful and always willing to help resolve any issue you face like finding a charger for your phone - great bonus. It's the little things that count.

The food is of tasty and well presented in the restaurant. I fell in love with the Almond au gratin. Will definitely stay again.

Room Tip: Aim for a higher floor or not facing the streets if you are sensitive to noise. I seep through nothi...

I stayed at Hotel Le Caspien for two nights, and the room was clean and spacious, with lovely Moroccan decor. Enjoyed delicious meal at restaurant, walking distance to town centre and Medina. I would recommend this hotel for family, couple or singles.

It's a very nice place to stay. There are two options of restaurant and the apartment is ok. The staff is helpful and the owner is very polite. I really recommend this hotel. someday if a comeback to Marrakesh I certainly would stay in the hotel Le Caspien.

Lovely hotel, helpful reception staff. Rooms were lovely, with a very comfy bed, good bathroom and very clean. The balcony was lovely too. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and that was excellent value and the food was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly when we wanted to take some food to our room and order drinks via room service.

Downside was the location was a little further out than expected, the walk to the Djemaa El Fna was about half an hour but very easy to find as it was just down one street. Breakfast was a little disappointing, there was a lot of choice at the buffet but none of it was overly tasty and the coffee was pretty poor.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it is excellent value and the room is lovely.

Enjoyed our stay at Le Caspian. On the upside the evening food was very good and served in the restaurant, a three course meal, served at table with a superb dessert.(used by non inmates also). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ok but not brilliant (get orange juice before it runs out, or wait forever to have a refill) No toaster, Don't expect any service. All I can say is, 'adequate'. We walked to medina or got taxi as cheap enough. Room was a bit different from the photos, but fine for a week. No balcony, clean and comfortable. Bit noisy on the front. Nice bar terrace on roof. We would go back as the evening food was so good and it was a very reasonable priced stay.

Room Tip: front noisy

First appearence from the street outside was what a dump, how wrong could I have been, Reception staff very helpfull and you can change money there at a good rate. Room was good for the price with a really comfy bed, but a little noisy from the street on Saturday night, Sunday and Monday fine. Television only has one English Channel, BBC World Service, Air Conditioning all good. Shower did not look up to much but it turned out to be great. Breakfast was a little sparce but there was plenty of the limited choice and it all tasted good, so you will not go hungry. There are several recommended resturants near by, but after trying the Bistro on the Sunday night, we ate there on Monday as well, The Soup, Chicken in Mushroom Sauce, Beef on the bone and Steak Rossini where all of the highest order at a fantastic price. Try the apple tart for dessert its presentation is fantastic and the taste better. Hotel is located close to the main new town shops and is a gentle 20 to 30 minute stroll to the sukes and main square. Would recommend the Red City Tour Bus to learn your way round on arrival bus stop just up the road from the Hotel. Book your hotel transferes to / from the Airport before you go its cheaper. Roof top terrace is great for a late afternoon drink and catching those last rays of sun, In summary the hotel accomodation is good, the staff and the resturant are excellent, if we are in Marrakech again we will almost certainly be stopping there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back if you can not put up with a bit of street noise at weekends.

Really lovel hotel, rooms are good, clean and the hotel is walking distance to souks and attractions. The staff and the food are superb, and nothing is a problem, we will defintely stay here if we return to Marrakech. Be warned that you cannot get rid of local currency at the airport, so change before you leave, real Morrocan rip-off. Also beware of 'free' guides in the city, who get really cross and are hard to get rid of.
