This Riad was an absolute delight. The Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with tiled showers and stained glass windows. The plunge pool is a beautiful addition, especially in the evenings when it is lit up. The terrace is incredible! A panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains over the rooftops of Marrakech, with luxurious seating in which to while away the hours having late morning breakfasts in the sunlight, or play cards under the stars. The main ingredient for the Riad's success was undoubtedly its staff! Thanks to Said for supplying endless cups of mint tea into the evening, and to the Michelin-starred worthy kitchen ladies whose doughnut-things, tagines (especially the Beef & Fig one!) and radiant smiles made the trip. Staying in Marrakech was a sensory experience that enraptured all of us... this is in no small part to us staying at Riad Aubrac.

Room Tip: The Marguerite Suite was amazing! We also had the adjoining rooms near the terrace which, when conne...

We have recently returned from a 9 night stay at the Riad Aubrac and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. This quality accommodation is in a great location, just minutes walk from the Medina, via a couple of bustly streets where you get to experience the real Marrakech life.

The staff are amazing at the Riad and the room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoying breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning was lovely, in fact the food deserves a special mention for the range of tasty food on offer, from warm Moroccan pancakes to omelettes served in a tagine for breakfast.

We explored the city every day, walking miles, driving through the desert and mountains and exploring every inch of the local area, so we loved coming back to the tranquility of this lovely little Riad.

We would agree with the reviews that describe it as a 'hidden gem' and would certainly recommend it in the future. Who knows, we may even go back one day!

If you do one thing, we would highly recommend organising a special roof top dinner for the last evening. We ordered the Chicken Tagine with lemons and the Lamb Tagine with prunes (in advance). The cooks spent all day cooking our feast and served it (with a starter and dessert included for around £8pp) on the roof terrace as the sun was starting to dip. This was easily our BEST meal in Marrakech and rounded off our trip perfectly. Do it! You will not be disappointed!

Room Tip: Try to avoid the Bleuet room. This was a very small room. Maybe ok for a night or two, but not ide...

I would definitely recommend this riad for a place to stay when in marrakech! It's amazing! Right in The middle of the medina and you get a true sense of the real marrakech! It's luxury when you walk in and you feel like your in a bubble away from the craziness of the medina, the room was lovely and breakfast was fab!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights and my daughter stayed a third. Like others it would be impossible to find without someone meeting us at Lycée Mohamed V. Welcoming, nice breakfasts on roof, good information folder, evening meals on request - looked good, nice plunge pool. Said was especially helpful. We'd go back again

I spent 2 nights in this great Riad. The manager is a lovely lady who speaks perfect english and french and she makes you feel quite comfortable. There is another young guy who stays at the reception at night who is really nice as well.
It´s really good value for money and the location is mega convenient (10 mins from Jamaa el fna) however is located at the end of some narrow streets and it seems a bit scary at night but be advised that most of the Riads around are situated in the way.
The also organize excursion to nearby cities, valleys and Sahara..
I highly recommend this one if you want to have an authentic experience.

This riad may be difficult to find but it quickly makes up for that with its traditional exotic decor and peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful (speak english&french and probably lots more). Rooms cleaned each day. Breakfasts were tasty and could be brought up to the terrace to you on request. Our room was small but beautifully decorated, even had a stained glass window. Great location but would recommend asking someone from the hotel to meet you or send a taxi to you the first time you go. Great location though. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 is that the shower had a few problems with drainage (was clean though!) Would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a very traditional style Riad in the heart of the old town. It was impossible to find first time but once known, an easy walk into the centre square. The Riad is exceptionally well finished to a very high standard. It offers unbelievable value for money, still can't quite believe it was so reasonable and included a great traditional breakfast. We stayed in the 'blue room' at the top. It was small, very clean and really quiet. The traditional touches in decoration made it feel very comfortable. There was no swimming pool, as with just about everywhere in the centre but it did have a plunge pool type affair on the ground floor which was great for feet after walking around for hours. The roof top terrace had great views and was furnished with a variety of seats and tables making relaxing comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice and helped book us a local hamman experience and taxi back to the airport. Generally could not recommend this more highly!
