Lovely stylish Riad; superb host - Antoinne, the owner and his Manager, Simo - gave us a great welcome and nothing was too much trouble - from recommendations. Superb authentic food cooked in the evenings there if you wanted; great location in the centre with the ability to escape the madness of Marrakech quickly for a peaceful hour or two on the roof terrace catching the sun. Great value for money. I will be back.

Antoine is a great host and is very helpful to make the entire stay very comfortable. The place is clean and the location is ideal without being too noisy. I would return to this Riad if I'm back to Marrakech! Excellent

The owner, Antoine, is the perfect host. He makes you feel like you're visiting family (if your family happens to be a charming french artist gentleman who owns an amazing guest house in Marrakesh). Riad Limouna is clean and beautiful. The staff is excellent.

The dinner my wife and I were served there was by far the best meal we had during our seven day visit to Marrakesh and Essaouria. Dinner was a lovely French-influenced salad followed by a beautifully prepared swordfish dish, and completed with a very nice strawberry dessert. Everything was perfect.

We feel very lucky to have found Riad Limouna and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else if we return to Marrakesh.

Earlier in our trip we stayed at another highly rated Riad in Marrakesh, which was very nice. But it did not compare to Riad Limouna.

Thank you Antoine. You are an inspiration.

great one night stay at Riad Limouna. We had booked diner which was served after 11pm due to the late arrival of some of us, the food was delicious, location is perfect , the rooms are clean, very comfortable and quiet and the patio is lovely. Thank you SiMo for taking care of us!

What a great introduction to Morocco! Antoine, who was very helpful to us while planning our stay, was away on vacation when my friend and I stayed here beginning of Feb. His son Norman was there in his place. At first we were nervous that Norman wouldn't be able to provide as much helpful local advice since he live in France. On the contrary, Norman welcomed us, showed us the way around to the main square, and gave us advice on food, sights, transportation. We decided to try going to ski in the Atlas and Norman was great about helping us locate a driver we could trust (and that was important, because it was a crazy trip!).

The riad is beautiful and has lovely public spaces for when you feel like interacting with the other guests. And our room was gorgeous and comfortable, even in cold weather. Loved this place, and we had a hard time making ourselves leave to move on. I would absolutely love to go back-we paid more for less at our next riad.

My only suggestion would be that there is only a curtain between the bedroom and bathroom; my western self would have offered a door.

Room Tip: I only saw our room but the whole place was charming and spotless

I will forward your comment to my son, he will be happy to read it.
And me i'm happy to know that even i'm not in Morocco, the way of life of Riad Limouna still a same.
Ther are always lot things to do or to fix in a Riad and one of my plan is to change the "restroom door" , i'm agree with you, thank you for your advice.
take care of you

I literally could not fault our time here. Antoine organised for us to be picked up at the airport and bought straight to the riad and had lovely food ready for us. The riad is minutes from the main square, but is lovely and peaceful. His guidance on where to go and what to do gave us good direction, as well as giving us the freedom to go and explore and he instantly put us at ease in a city that can be pretty crazy. He easily makes the best Moroccan tea ever as well! He even secretly organised flowers for me, with my husband, as we were on honeymoon.

Enough of how great Antoine is...the riad is fabulous. The rooms all face into the centre of the riad, and we got woken up by the distant sounds of the call to prayer and birds coming into the riad, a lovely way to gradually wake up. The rooms are a perfect size, with a lovely comfortable bed, and lovely decorations. Downstairs, there's a great area to sit, relax and read one of the numerous books, or listen to music and chat to people coming and going, and the roof terrace is wonderful when the sun is going down, to listen to the sounds of Marrakech before going out for dinner. The breakfasts are different every day and always delicious, and it's also very easy to get everywhere in Marrakech. We walked pretty much everywhere but it's easy to grab a taxi if needed. All in all the place is really friendly and in a perfect position and I would recommend it to anyone going to Marrakech.

Room Tip: We were in the Paprika room, but they're all lovely

From the moment we set foot in Riad Limouna we knew we had made a good choice.
Antoine was away when we stayed here, but his son Norman made us feel right at home. He was very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had about Marrakech.
Absolutely loved our stay in Marrakech. Riad Limouna is a peaceful oasis in a buzzing city.
Everything about it was fantastic. If you decide to stay here you will have no regrets.
