A rich tapestry of colours ,textures and aromas combine to create a very peaceful haven right in the middle of marrakechs maze of scarey backstreets, manic scooters, muddling markets, clattering carts......
delightful, friendly staff
excellent food-breakfast, lunch and dinner
idyllic roof terrace with mountain views
lovely extras-drinks,nibbles, tea

Choose the room with a fire if you go in the winter as it gets chilly at night!

My husband and I have just returned from a short break in Marrakesh. Having visited the city before we decided we wanted to be just on the door step but also with a bit of luxury. We decided on the Riad Zolah due to the brilliant reviews, and we weren't disappointed. Location and cleanliness was important to me, and the need to get out of the madness, and noise that Marrakesh offers, where we could relax. The riad Zolah is a beautiful, traditional, warm and friendly accomodation, like Marrakesh you know your in a completely different world, and you feel you have discovered a secret gem in Riad Zolah. The place is spotless, staff and the owner are friendly, without being imposing, knowledgable and extremely helpful. The weather when we went wasn't so good but they came up with suggestions for things we should visit or try, and places we definately shouldn't visit. Unfortunately we didn't have an evening meal at the riad as we were always out and about, but if the breakfasts were anything to go by, i'm sure like the place they would have been wonderful. My only complaint was that we stayed in room 5, which I found a little bit noisey in the mornings when staff were setting up for breakfast, apart from that we would highly recommend the Riad Zolah to our friends and anyone else who will listen to us going on and on

Many thanks to the numerous reviewers who gave their thumbs up to this stunning place so that we could also enjoy the experience. The riad does not seem to appear in any reputable guide books and other travel literature but for those of us who rely on 'trip advisor' for recommendations, who cares? This is THE place to stay in Marrakech!
There is not much that one can add to the other very positive comments made but, as much as this is, indeed, a beautiful riad with very tasteful furnishings and decor, the staff who gave us such a warm welcome for the four nights that we stayed are to be highly praised. Zinib, Omar and Aziz (what a wonderful asset he is to this place,- always smiling with a keen sense of humour,- nothing was too much trouble for him) were charming, friendly and helpful hosts and the reason why we would definitely return to this riad in the future. They appeared to enjoy their duties and made us feel that we were very special indeed. Jeremy Smith,- they are a credit to your business!
