What a blissful little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. From the rooftop terrace to the AMAZING service provided by Aziz and the team (they literally cannot do enough for you), this was just the best break away. If you're contemplating a stay in Marrakech, 100% recommend this riad.

Room Tip: Go for the suite if you want to spoil yourself!

When going away I usually book a big hotel and go via a travel agent. This time we sought advice from Trip Advisor and we were so glad we did. Les Trois Mages offers a service that I have never experienced. Pure excellence! Just having 6 bedrooms you are treated to such a personal experience and made to feel like royalty. The staff are so attentive and kind. You arrive with a huge welcome and fresh mint tea and a complete explanation as to what you can expect from the area regarding trips and excursions that are available along with great recommendations from previous holiday makers. Aziz makes sure you are collected from the Airport with a professional english speaking driver and given a magnificent breakfast of fresh yogurt, pancakes, fruit and eggs. Along with copious amounts of tea and coffee and water included in your stay. There is a lovely roof terrace where we had breakfast with a heated pool. The fire is lit for you at night if you wish and the only thing you need to do is relax. Aziz makes it his duty to make sure you have everything you need and can he help you with anything. I can honestly say I have never been so spoilt and felt so cared for. At one point we left our camera at a busy restaurant. The staff popped on his scooter and drove to the restaurant to collect it for us. We were left alone when needed but could ask for anything and we were welcome with open arms and a friendly smile. I would most definitely recommend this lovely little Riad to everyone. The only two things I would advise to anyone staying in Marrakech in general would be to take ear plugs for the prayers in the morning that you can hear throughout Marrakech itself. (wherever you stay you will hear this) and be aware that it takes an hour to get out of the airport at passport control.

Thank you so much Aziz and the team at Les Trois Mages for giving us a such a great introduction to Marrakech. Even before we arrived, Aziz had arranged travel from the airport, meals on our arrival day and an escorted tour of the walled town - highly recommended. The experience of staying in a Riad was perfect and really helped us to gain a true understanding of the style and culture of this exciting city.
An excellent first visit and if we return to Marrakech it will be to The Troi Mages!

Room Tip: Probably choose an upstairs room next time

Our stay in the Riad was awesome, everybody was so polite. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. You get fresh orangejuice and coffee or tea on choice, yogurt with fresh fruits, fresh bred, pancakes and egg if you want to, everything with jam and honey. You also can get water, tea or coffee whenever you want. The rooms were comfortable and there is a lot off space in the riad to chill-out after a day in the medina, especially the beautiful rooftop-terrace.
The staff was so nice to us. Aziz can answer you every question you may have and will give you a really good map and overview of the city. Also he can arrange quite nice trips for you to the atlas-mountains or other places you want to see. Saida was cooking for us a really delicious dinner and was taking care of us the whole stay.
We both really recommend this Riad. You may can find cheaper ones, but we don´t think that they would take care of you as much as the staff of this Riad did.

As some of the reviewers have said previously Marrakech is quite the experience! your first impressions as you arrive down the busy streets avoiding mopeds and pedestrians is the frantic nature of the place. The Riad however is absolutely fantastic. As you are shown through the building you find all these areas to sit and enjoy your time either eating, drinking or relaxing. Aziz greets you and makes you feel so welcome as do all the rest of the team who are very helpful. We were given plenty of advice and there was always someone on hand. The room we stayed in was also impressive and just what you need after spending all day in the souks. We stayed in January and it was not as warm as I expected so dress appropriately!

Room Tip: from what we saw all were impressive.

Marrakesh can be an absolutely overwhelming experience but Riad Les Trois Mages was an amazing oasis.

Before arriving, Aziz was so incredibly helpful. He made sure someone was waiting for us at the train, helped get us settled in, offered a personalized map of the Medina and made sure we had his number in case we needed anything. He booked dinners for us and followed up on plans we had arranged, ordered us car services (with amazing people who waited for us with no complaints and never left us high and dry... you'd think that's a given but it's not!) and was just an ace person to have on the front lines. He really made us feel like we were coming home when we walked into the Riad.

Our room, to say the least was spectacular.. A welcome relief was a beautiful hot shower and a cozy bed with the most perfect linens and decor.

We also utilized having dinner at the Riad and it was equally exceptional.

I cannot say enough for this Riad.. The cost is minimal compared to the overall experience you will have at this home away from home.
