Really fab great budget riad. Typical layout across two floors with about 3 double rooms on each. A great central courtyard with cute dipping pool for hot days.
Breakfast is served in the courtyard or on the roof terrace which although blisteringly hot doesnt really offer much in the way of views although most riads are the same!
The rooms are great size with large bathrooms and showers. Each room is decorated slightly differently with separate lounge areas.
Theres a lovely chill out area on the second floor so together with the ample seats, sun loungers and tables on the roof, there are plenty of places to 'chill out'
The riad is run by a quite feisty but extremely helpful french lady, Isabelle. She will collect you from the airport which is recommended beause locating the riad is pretty daunting on your first venture into the medina. After a few wanderings its actually very easy to remind yourself how to get home but the location of the riad is not particularly central although I suspect thats reflected in the great price. That said, it IS still in the
medina and a stones throw from amazing restaurants: Dar Moha, Foundouk and Dar Yacout so what more can you ask for!!
