Just got back from a 11 night stay at this hotel, we are a family of 4, 2adults and a 6&9 year old.After a 4 hour delay from London Gatwick, we arrived at 12.30am and the whole coach is travelling to the aqua mirage.We were then taken into a hall and checked in quite quickly and efficiently.
Following day we got up and found our feet and set off to the all inclusive buffet for breakfast, which our boys loved the pancakes on offer for them.
We found the aqua park fab for adults and children and staff there were most friendly.
There was always plenty of variety of food on offer through our stay.
On day 4 my husband started feeling unwell, queasy and griping pains which persisted for 4 days. We feel this was down to not just the food but the general lack of hygiene in the dining room, I.e tables were just wiped with dry cloth no disinfectant spray, and on one occasion there was raw meat mixed with cooked. The general consensus with other family’s was that the food let this hotel down on a massive scale. Which we feel needs to be addressed.
As for rooms, they were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels also on a daily basis.
We had a lovely holiday overall but would not want to return.More
