Riad Aguerzame is an oasis in the chaos of Marrakech, we stayed 3 nights and couldn't be happier with the quality and hospitaility. Aziz really made our visit to Marrakech a treat, so helpful and pleasant, he went out of his way to retrieve my lost ipad. Location was great, food good and the hammam a very enjoyable experience. Thanks!

First of all if you come here I recommend taking the organised taxi or mini bus as it would take some finding unless you know the Riad. Laurent who run the Riad couldn't be more helpful and organised all our tours and even organised us hire car. Nothing was too much trouble, even late on the first night he showed us the way to the main square and markets. I'd also recommend eating at the Riad while you are there at least one of the nights as the food us superb. Layla also did a fine job of cooking, serving breakfast and supplying us with fresh orange juice / beers after hard day seeing the sights. The inside of the Riad is Immaculately kept with lovely clean rooms and bedding, also include air con units which is handy in the times. Laurent also pointed us to some of the best restaurants in the area, one of them just a 2 minute walk away. He also organised a great 1hr 40 minutes hamman and massage again just a 5 minute walk away. If you stay here you won't be disappointed and would recommend to anyone. If in the area again we'll be back. Thanks again. Dean, Jo, Bev and Eddie.

We stayed one week at this beautiful riad, a group of five from Norway and Iceland. Aziz welcomed us the first day, and gave us detailed information about the neighbourhood, the main attractions and also recommendations about good restaurants and cafés. He showed us the way to the souqs in person and told us we could call him any time if we'd get lost.

Riad Aguerzame is a peaceful oasis only about five minutes walk from the huzzle and buzzle of the Jemaa el Fna and the souqs. The rooms were clean and there were always bottles of fresh water at hand. In addition we could enjoy fresh orange juice or the delicious mint tea any time of the day.

I recommend having dinner at the riad at least once. Laila made us a wonderful traditional Moroccan dinner the first night, served under the beautiful orange trees in the courtyard.

All in all we had a lovely stay and felt welcome and at home thanks to the kind and friendly staff. Sweet Aziz was always ready to help us out with every request. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Thank you Laurent, Aziz, Laziza and Laila!
We will definitely stay here again if we return to Marrakech in the future.

Riad Aguerzame was the perfect start to my holiday. I was reliably met at the airport and transferred to the Riad where my clean atmospheric room and lovely meal were waiting. As a solo traveller the environment was relaxed enough that you could easily chat in the central covered courtyard under the orange trees with other travellers. After a peaceful night I was given useful advice about what I could realistically see in a day in Marrakech. I was also directed to the main square and the ATM. Although I had already checked out I was able to leave my bag in the Riad and return in the heat of the afternoon to relax a bit more with a drink before heading off to my organised tour. I could not fault this welcoming place!

Travelling is about the people you meet, their hospitality and the feeling of being at home in a charmingly different environment. This is what Laurent and his team at the riad manage to provide their guests with. An absolute must go! Try to book early as this is a sought after place with few rooms.

Fantastic location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Simo, the Riad manager, went out of his way to make my trip memorable. In order to make sure that we didn't get lost, he explained directions in detail and even walked me to the bazaars to make sure that I wouldn't get lost. The Riad itself is beautiful.

Had such a great time here. Aziz was great, we felt really well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Location is great and Riad is beautiful. Make sure you organise a hammam . All in all the riad is a steal for the price.
