A hotel that is definitely past it's best. Fittings, general decor, bedding and towels were all in need of update or replacing. Not particularly clean either and bar area was definitely on the seedy side. Breakfast was of average quality.

Apart from a very happy doorman the staff were all consistently rude or indifferent. A Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence was prominently sited on the reception desk which was clearly fake being cut and pasted together, causing great amusement or annoyance to people checking out.

On the positive side the location is great just opposite the medina and within easy walking distance of the main points of interest. The rooms are large and airy although a little worn and depressing.

I wouldn't recommend a stay here for any period of time, but one night is quite bearable. Without doubt the unfriendliest place throughout my 2 weeks in Morocco.

My room had a view over a roof and apparently a disco which went on until late into the night. The fittings in the bathroom were broken and the towels had seen better days. There was a licensed bar and when a large group of Europeans were unable to gain access the staff seated us in the atrium and served us with alacrity! Wifi was good and breakfast was the usual bread cake olives and eggs.

Stayed here for only one night- thankfully. The room was small, dirty and the remote control for the airconditioning was missing. When I went to the reception for it, they kept me waiting for hours in the lobby before I finally got one. Didn't switch on the airconditioning in the restaurant. The bath tub was disgusting. Overall the place was dated and could use a good cleaning.

From the hotel I can not really remember much except the dinning hal is not so cool. TL lighting. Food was nice, service was good. A nice sleep (I toured with a group (kras.nl) Free public Wifi. A lot of bars make noise at night Try a room above the 1st floor if possible!

We stayed here for a one night stopover. The hotel was perfect for what we needed namely, very convenient location (across the road from the medina and within walking distance from the main sites), comfortable, clean and decently priced. It's probably not where you would want to spend the whole holiday as it's a functional hotel but perfect for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly and helpful, they were happy for us to leave our luggage at reception after we had checked out. There is parking available directly in front of the hotel or in a locked car park just beside it available for a small fee (about 20 Dhm I think).

Room Tip: We were asked whether we wanted a room on the main street or off, we picked off for less noise, the...

Very clean. I stayed there for 3 nights in April & I had to pay a City Tax of 48 dirhams (c. £4) upon leaving. Friendly receptionists. No fridge in my room but there was a TV & constant hot water in the bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Room was cleaned & towels changed every day.
