Just finished a nice lunch, with friends whilst working in Tangier.

This rustic looking resturant is located at the very top of the old town, in what seems a more affluent area.

Dining was mainly outdoors, on our visit, but shaded by lovely trees and surrounded by artists drawing the scenery.

The offered a small selection of key Moroccan food, which was fresh, tasty and very filling.

The staff and service was good, but equally important they accepted all credit cards including VISA and AMEX.

We met locals, who dined there very often and would visit ourselves, if in the old town again.

After dinner drinks, cosy and great cocktails as alcohol is not served in many bars / restaurants. Good music playing, intimate and romantic. Have eaten here before which was good.

One of the only bars in the medina / Kasbah area , opens at 7.30pm in the basement great decor and ambience . Drinks aren’t cheap around £10 glass of wine

We tried the terrace a few times (several times, actually). Nice spot with an enormous shade tree to enjoy a coffee, light lunch, cold drink or tea. Very good service.

Thought I must go here as it looked elegant and interesting. The dining area is cosy and nicely appointed tables.
Food is international and we had an excellent liver pate. Fish was slightly undercooked and had to be returned.
It was an enjoyable evening but lacked that wow factor. Bread rolls were dry and service somewhat slow. Disappointing for the cost.
I think we felt we could have hint to a local restaurant and had a better memory.
