The team always put customer satifaction a number one priority. I cant waiting coming here at CBD each time i vist Dar es salaam

Tanzania is a unique country so my wife and I were unsure what to expect. We booked this hotel online, based on reviews. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and well looked after. Staff looked happy to be working there. The in hotel restaurant offered a choice of Indian and Chinese food. There was a pool bar staffed by a lovely young lady, Felicia. The ground floor restaurant was certainly a delight. The food was plentiful, tasty and reasonably priced. I have to mention two individuals who made the experience special. They were Mariam (the Supervisor) and Maharami (Waiter). They were very attentive. Thank you both for a job well done.

Location, Rooms, Food, staff, pricing and ambience are just perfect. Clean large rooms with great staff. We spend one night for business stay and everything was just right. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had dinner at the Mumbai species and quality, value and ambience were also just right. Will be my number one choice as of now to stay in Dar es Salaam

It's a good hotel with the nice rooms,big rooms and bathroom and charming staff and good service also quality GYM,Bar and Spa I was very happy to stay in this hotel and also it's safe. Nice hotel in Tanzania

Excellent value for money! Best restaurant in TZ and great spa all under one roof! Friendly and helpful staff....front desk Romadina and Hawa(and other ladies) and porter Yohane a real star! Clean, AC rooms with all you need....one of the few hotels around with sufficient power socket outlets!
