This hotel is in a good location on the edge of the town of Victoria Falls and walking distance to the center of town and to the falls as well. It is a large hotel but it is tired and worn and badly in need of a face lift. The staff however are friendly and helpful but even their uniforms were worn and stained. The rooms are very large with individual a/c units, ours was very loud and hard to sleep with. Basic furnishings but again worn and tired looking. Nice hot shower despite the aged looking bathroom. The food was not great but we thoroughly enjoyed the male singing a'cappella group that entertained us at dinner. This is a good choice is you are looking to save some money and be walking distance to the attractions.
