The VF Safari Club was incredible...luxury! The staff at the Club was awesome and made you feel like a VIP from the second you arrived and every second after that (whether it was just a greeting, help in setting up an excursion, drinks at the bar, the trinkets left on your bed at night, etc). The rooms and the lobby area were beautiful and it was nice to feel like you were at an exclusive part of the overall VF Safari Lodge. Although we didn't mind going over to the Lodge, the Club was quieter and more peaceful and we preferred to spend our time there. It would've been nice to have more food options over at the Club. Overall, it was amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat!!

I stayed at the Victoria Falls Safari Club in March 2013 and I've never had such great customer service! The staff was wonderful. Someone was always available to help with any question or request. We were greated with scented cool washclothes and a refreshing drink. The rooms are great and romantic. The views from the rooms and main lodge area are great. We saw tons of wildlife during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Victoria Falls.

The shower and tub are open to the rest of the room so it is more appropriate for a couple vacation. However, I went with a friend and we just made it work and tried to give each other privacy and still had a wonderful stay. I didn't want to leave!

We stayed at the Safari Club as part of my wife and my retirement gift to each other. We went with two other couples, and we had the most wonderful experience imaginable. We booked 3 suites, all of which were stunningly beautiful, and well tended by staff who were immacualely dressed and courteous throuyghout our stay.
We had tried to book into the Victoria Falls hotel but due to refurbishment and a large party of french tourists we couldn't...And I'm so glad of that !! The food in the mai hotel was excellent, and our own private cocktail bar and afternoon snacks/cocktails topped it all off.
We met up with the other guests in the lodge each day where we all shared our latest jaw dropping adventure (Hi to Norman & Barbara xx)
I'd love to go back in the future to re-live the experience. One which is already etched in my memory forever !!

Room Tip: Be aware that the air con in the rooms is above the bed, so you may want to turn it down if you feel...

Hello to you in the UK where we hope the nice warm weather has set in that will remind you even more of your stay in Africa. Your headline will certainly be a major attention-getter for Trip Advisor researchers who we hope will take your very good advice.

One of the best experiences I've ever had in my lifetime travels the staff was excellent and accommodations were awesome and food was great! I totally believe that everyone should stay at least one night and you'll be sad that you didn't stay more than one night and not two to three nights! It was also an opportunity to see the wildlife up close and personal at the watering hole!

My wife and I spent two nights here as a preliminary to trips to Botswana, Malawi and Tanzania. We stayed in the Safari Club and really enjoyed the level of service provided by the exceptionally friendly staff. Access to the town was easy thanks to the hourly shuttle service provided by the hotel. All activities had a pickup and drop off service that was extremely punctual and even though walking around the Falls was pretty wet due to the high level of water, the helicopter ride gave us a great view. Overall, an experience we won't forget in a hurry.

Room Tip: If you can afford the extra, go for the Safari Club because the level of service is great and the ro...

The Safari Club is an adjunct to the Safari Lodge just much more up market. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed in.

It is situated about 10 minutes away from the Falls but there is a shuttle bus running every hour which is more than adequate once you work out the pick-up points in the small town of Victoria Falls.

The Boma Dinner is also within the same grounds which is convenient because it is a must while you are here.

The Club is not cheap at about US$235-$275 per person per night including breakfast. The discount is if you stay 3 nights or more. Funny thing is that a single is the same price as a double and yet the rooms are identical.

For this you get luxury plus with free fully equipped mini bar (does not get refilled) free wifi, amazing personalized service, and a great breakfast cooked to your desired perfection. Everything is in the room including capsule coffee machine as well as a plunger coffee device, tea, international power plug, separate bath with bath salts, washing powder, bath scrub, etc, etc.

The rooms overlook the bush-land and a little water hole so you can see animals such as spotted dear, warthogs, monkeys, etc. from the balcony.

If you want the best place to stay in the Falls than look no further.

Room Tip: Don't forget the free cocktails at about 5:30pm!

We recently stayed two nights at the Victoria Falls Safari Club as an end to our safari holiday. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The accommodation at the Club was outstanding, as was the service. Everyone we met made us feel important and welcome. Our tariff included free mini bar, free Internet and free happy hour in the dining room which unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy, hence a few more days stay to chill out would have been ideal. Next time.
