My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome and this continued through all the staff. Annie and Brad were great...our guide Abraham was so knowledgeable making each game drive an adventure. We would definitely recommend Imbabala and have already made plans to return!

Imbabala lodge was welcoming and comfortable. The staff were very nice, and our safari guide was good and knowledgeable. We saw many elephants by the water and lots of hippos, giraffe and a good range of birds. Really enjoyed our short stay.

My husband booked a three week trip in Africa for my 50th Birthday which started in the Imbabala Zambezi Safari Lodge and what a start to what has been an amazing trip. On the night of our arrival Annie had arranged for us to have a romantic meal overlooking the Zambezi River, floating candles in the pool, amazing food and just WOW, even with the thunder in the distance and the odd lightening it was just perfect, our game drives with Richard were also fantastic and Richard explained everything to us, these memories wil stay we us both for a lifetime, would we be going back absolutely and with our extending families :) Thank You Imbabala X

Room Tip: We were also given the honeymoon suite and this was just perfect.

Just spent three nights am Imbabala lodge, and found the whole experience to be of a very high standard. The hosts Bradley and Annie are very accommodating and friendly. The game ranger Stan, however made the trip. He is incredibly knowledgeable on every wild life subject and his knowledge of the bird life is staggering. The game drives were a highlight. Was so wonderful to walk back to your chalet at night with Impala walking freely on the grounds. The only criticism was the food, nothing to write home about and could be improved, but you do not go hungry.

One of the highlights of my trip to Africa was staying at the Imbabala Lodge. The staff ... their expertice, service, friendliness, and eagerness to show us their homeland was outstanding. I felt right at home. Thank you.
Our accommodations, with the large porches and open views, allowed us to view nature at its fullest. The delicious food and impecable service was something to write home about. Eating outside watching a lightning display in the distant, hearing the Hippo grunt down by the river and looking at the 50 or so Impalas surveying us having our meal before we went to bed and they were finally at ease to have their meal ...the landscape decorations.
I took part in a safari adventure many only read about.

Room Tip: Wish I had an outdoor shower.
