I usually stay in the Presidente hotel, which is a 3 minute walk from the Chitaka restaurant so very convenient location for me!
The first time I went there (lunch, buffet) I couldn't believe the prices...as we all know Luanda is a very expensive city (in my personal experience the most expensive I've ever been to, and that includes Tokyo!) and Chitaka's prices are more than reasonable for Luanda standards!
I had a very nice lunch with a soft drink for about 25 USD, unheard off!
Will definitely be back.
