The first time I visited this restaurant (the meat floor) I was very impressed with both the steak and the chips. The service was also good. So, I took my wife back for a romantic meal: the food arrived before the wine, the sausage starter wasn't cooked properly and tasted odd. Complaining was too difficult because the service was terrible despite the army of staff doing not much. The steak main was over cooked and tough as stewing steak not to mention about 30% fat. I thought the chips would save the day but alas not, they were soggy. To top it all off the extensive wine list was almost all out of stock. Good to see they had plenty of the $52 bottles of less than average Portuguese white. The only thing saving this place from being terrible is my first experience and the fact that when the staff did serve you they were very friendly. The Luanda Grill needs to watch ut at the competition are getting better and they are getting worse.
