Very small portions - eg salad with steak and chips was 3 small slices of tomato and a tablespoon of shredded greens. Steak was small and had to send back a lot of food eg a raw burger, a steak cooked to the consistency of leather.........Cost about $40.....Staff do not speak english on the whole and do not even seem able to read the menu sometimes. Service is very
very slow most of the time.
I feel there is an issue with staff training here; they should teach the staff basic English in an international hotel, and the waiting staff should at least understand the menu, which is in English and POrtuguese, Also they should train the staff to notice the guests not ignore them and chat to each other.
The terrace has a good view of Luanda's bay though.
