Excellent way to get a potted recent history of Ghana and learn how its independence came about. Don't miss the museum which is far from the entrance gate.

If not the respect to the first president of Ghana, I would not advice anybody to go there. There is nothing much to see, apart from the museum with some very interesting photographs.

The flowers were a beauty to behold. The garden is well mowed and very neat and quiet. There is an array of plants all over and that long pillar where nkrumah is laid to rest. He will surely be resting in such a beautiful place.

A must go for visitors interested in Ghana's history and the role Kwame Nkrumah played in it. It is a Mausoleum, however, celebrating Nkrumah's life and achievements.

The memorial park is well kept, the entrance fee is cheap and the museum is very impressive. It is also easy to navigate witha push chair. You can easily sit and read your news papers in peace on a sunday.
