This is Libya, so I didn’t have high expectations for the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. I was in Room 609, which has a queen size bed, big desk, two spare chairs, ledge for your bag, TV, closet, in-room safe and fridge (no minibar). There is a power socket next to the bed. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, and there’s a hairdryer. The room has a balcony. I went out on the balcony one evening, but the sound of (er, I hope, celebratory) gunfire drove me back inside.
The Wi-Fi sometimes didn’t work, but we had water during a general water shortage in parts of Tripoli. One elevator was out of order. The restaurant is decent and the food is fine, It has 360 degree views on that level and you can climb up one more level for more.
The hotel is in a good location near some churches. I went out and about for a short wander by myself.More
