Hello,

Spent 9 days in the hotel, i have the following feedback:

Location: is Not that much good
Services: WiFi working only in the lobby while in the room does not work.
Staff: are nice.
Value for money: is really good and not expensive comparing to what I have already paid.
Food: good
Room: is clean, AC is good, room size is good.
Swimming pool: outdoor one, nice one
Hotel lobby: need more update and beautification [LCD TV…etc]

One of the best hotels in Niamey [there is no much hotels there] this hotel then will be the only and best choice

Regards
Shadi

Having spent some time in that hotel which is in Bamako's new business area, I generally felt comfortable. However, not much is going on at night (but it's quiet and safe!) and sitting in the lobby, by the bar, or even in the morning while taking breakfast, could be so much nicer if there was at least a decent television to fill the rather unlively atmosphere with a bit more entertainment, just as you would have in most other hotels. Instead, if you want to watch the news or a sports event you have to stay in your room and hope that the TV set is working. But of course no social atmosphere to share the moment. It could be a lot more lively and attractive, but it's sometimes a bit dull. Other than that, and if you don't care about the poor lobby flair, it's good and acceptable hotel, staff is polite and friendly, the big pool helps to relax after a long day of work.

Hotel Massaley is a relatively new hotel located in ACI 2000, a booming part of Bamako, surrounded by new offices that should eventually reduce pressure on Bamako city center. Rooms in the main building are OK, but they are much more spacious in the "Annex". These rooms were clean, excellent beds, the neatly painted walls are left undecorated. Wifi was available, during my stay it happened to be slow.
Hotel font desk staff is quite professional and helpful, in both French and English. The front desk area is very spacious and clean with a bar and 4 computers for free internet. The restaurant is OK, its menu shows the usual meals; breakfast buffet is quite standard too.
You can choose this hotel for its location, good beds and good price/quality ratio

Room Tip: Rooms in the Annex are much more spacious
