As nobody has reviewed this hotel for almost a year, I will add comments based on my passing by there, several times a week during 3 months, to attend to other business. The hotel is very centrally located but has seen far better days. The noise would make sleep impossible for most people. It is on a very busy 1-way avenue, very close to the Cathedral (Grande Eglise, ou Grande Eglise Catholique de Medine); located on a motor-bike and bus-laden corner full of revving and exhaust pollution, near the Treasury and connecting to a lot of paved and unpaved market streets of the busy Quartier du Fleuve. I tried to get a hot drink there on a busy day; they had little food service and only cold bottled drinks, in the ground-floor cafe. Truly I cannot imagine any Westerner wanting to stay there; it's not the hotel's fault , but really, it's not a suitable choice except for locals. The high-end Hotel Amitie is about 12 mins. walk down and around the corner; also you can access Cafe du Fleuve, etc. Only if you can't pay pricey hotels AND if you can't find anything else, should you consider it. 'Any port in a storm.'
