The owners are wonderful hosts. Unique and deliciously fixed evening meals prepared by the staff under the direction of a true Parisian. Help with all your plans is really appreciated - use them before you come (which I did not do) and they could have helped make your trip to Namibia even better. Good internet. The rooms are average with no A/C so sometimes the rooms can be noisy if guests are socializing and the windows are open. Nice place to stay.

The owners, Alexander and Natalie, are hands-on and that makes all the difference! We are so tired of staying at guesthouses where the employees simply don't care. At Londiningi you get Passion, Personalized service and Excellent food in Pleasant surroundings.

The staff members were all attentive and happy - at many other guesthouses all we see are surly faces whilst here there are smiling faces - how refreshing to see a happy team who are enthusiastic about serving guests! Definitely 5-stars!

Our family, including two boys aged 9 and 11, stayed at Londiningi for one night at the start and finish of our travels through Namibia in April. We had a lovely time. We stayed in room 1 which had a very large, comfortable double bed and two single beds which suited our family perfectly. We slept very well on both nights of our stay.

The setting is relaxing and safe and it was a perfect place to rest before our long flight home at the end of our holiday. Our boys enjoyed kicking a football in the parking area. The garden has lovely, tall established trees and the garden around the pool is great for reading a book.

Alex and Nathalie are super friendly and very informative about everything related to Namibia. My sons loved finding out extra information about the animals that they had spotted in Etosha. My youngest son presented a powerpoint to his class when he returned to school and included lots of information that Alex had shared with him.

We spent two weeks in Cape Town and Namibia and can honestly say that the food and service at Londiningi were the best that were encountered. All three courses at dinner were delicious and the breakfasts were perfect. All were served in a great setting.

We will enjoy the gifts that we bought from the gift shop at this great guesthouse. Many thanks Nathalie and Alex and your staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The instant you walk through the gate here you get a good feeling about the place.

The welcome is personal and friendly. You are a true guest and friend rather than a number on a hotel register. Care and service from the owners (and all staff) is priority 1 but it's given in a way that it's "not in your face" and that you remain control of the situation.

The room I had was top notch, clean with good linen and facilities. There is more than enough room to sit outside in quiet surroundings.

The food is excellent. You couldn't wish for a more varied choice of things at breakfast and the evening menu is well thought out and balanced. To illustrate the lengths to which they go, on my last night I said I would dine out because I wanted fish. Alex rustled up a piece of grilled fish - no trouble.

To go into Windhoek it's either a 15 minute walk or a taxi ride. There are a couple of really good eating/drinking places just 5 minutes walk away.

Should I return to Windhoek I will certainly stay there again. Value for money and on all counts it is highly recommended.

We stayed here for two separate nights en route to and from Etosha. The moment we arrived we felt totally relaxed, both our rooms were great, the one on our return visit even had it's own private terrace area.

We ate in both nights and had some superb food - very high quality meat and extremely good starters. We had vowed not to eat desserts but lost all our willpower on sight - they too were great. Breakfast was a delight - and left us wishing we could spend more time there.

Nathalie and Alexander were exceptional hosts - and their staff were all of a very high calibre.
We had a wedding anniversary there, made memorable with their help - and not only because my husband forgot!! Thanks both of you.

I'm sure we'll return to Namibia in due course - and will be back to Londiningi

Room Tip: They are all good.

I only stayed there for two nights while on a quick business trip to Namibia, but enjoyed them thoroughly. The staff and the owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great breakfast served on the patio, with great service. I would definitely recommend staying there, and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Well done!

We stayed two nights at Londiningi at the start of our trip in Namibia. What a welcoming place after long flights and the unaccustomed heat. We decided to have dinner there. An excellent choice. The three course meal was absolutely delicious. The room was very comfortable. The space outside our room had a table and chairs under the trees. A shady spot to sit and read or watch the weaver birds building their nests. The pancakes served at breakfast were the best we have ever tasted.
