This is essentially a glorified motel. Whilst the rooms are reasonably clean, they are somewhat basic and the establishment feels somewhat dated. The bathrooms are small, and the shower didn't quite work. Trying to find a comfortable water temperature to shower was a challenge. The biggest complain though is that the walls are paper thin, so privacy is minimal as you will be able to hear every movement that your neighbour makes. In addition, whilst there, the tv in my room didn't work.

The hotel is next to a large shopping centre so it's convenient in that respect, but aside from that there is no real advantage of staying here. There are many other guest houses that are more comfortable, and that will give you better value for money.

The rooms are very basic, bathrooms a bit small, but really? how much room does one really need, some counter space around the sink would be nice to rest razor, shaving cream etc, but is manageable. Rooms were very clean, minimal accesories, AC ok, just ok! Very nice and cozy breakfast area serving nice buffet breakfast. Friendly service from the gentleman at the front desk, who arranged to have our laundry done after the cleaning ladies had left for the day, thank you! Overall, good spot to crash for one night and then move on. Close to a big! shopping centre and grocery store if you are heading into Botswana after here!

There was an airconditioner but no remote in my room.
No extra blankets are offered in winter one is only left with a very thin duvet to keep warm
Carpets are old and dirty
Toilet was smelly like it hasn't been cleaned in years
Looks nothing like the pictures posted on the net - check it out before you pay - no refunds on cancellation yet required to pay upfront

From the website it looks good, in reality it doesn't. Basically a motel and that's it. Room was reasonably clean. Only decent service was breakfast. Price was way too high for what it is. Sleep quality was poor as walls are paper thin and the 'hotel' is next to a major shopping centre so traffic day and night. Never had hot water in the shower the whole time I was there (fortunately it was hot weather so a cool shower was nice and refreshing), handle on the toilet broke my first night and 2 days later was still in no danger of being repaired, I ended up doing it myself with a plastic cable tie (and on close examination it had been repaired before with what looked like a bent paper-clip) and every day you could be guaranteed the TV channels had all changed as the feed came from a lone decoder at the front desk which the night security re-tuned every night to watch their favourite channels. Credit card reader at the front desk was broken during my stay necessitating a trip to the shopping centre opposite to get cash to pay my deposit and them my final bill. Also the old and then the new printers seemed to either be broken or staff had no clue how to use them during my stay, took 30 mins to get my bill printed!! I would have moved but the guest houses near my office were both full and other accommodation was too far away. Oh, and the whole time I was there the front desk had no 'tokens' to give me access to their wireless internet although I found out later these tokens could have been purchased easily at the telephone company shop in the shopping centre next door, obviously it was too much trouble for staff to walk.......

I stayed here as part of a GAP adventures tour. We were in town for only one night. The hotel is literally next to a shopping center and mall. So if you have limited time, you might as well stay here. The rooms are very basic. Wifi is pricey! The food isn't all that great.
If you need something no frills and do not have your own car, this is your place; otherwise stay somewhere else as there seems to be plenty of other options.

Also, the staff was very friendly; however very sketchy. If you tip them some $$$, you'll get discounted things like laundry or wifi.
