Lovely place run by husband and wife team. Attention to details, enjoyed the breakfast, secure parking, clean rooms and central safe location.Might be a good idea to ask for mosquito spray at the office as there are no nets in the rooms and we had a few of the guys buzzing around. Our TV didnt work, minor detail.

Room Tip: Try get one with a garden view, or one that steps out directly into the garden.

This was our second stay at Villa Violet. We stayed a total of 3 nights on this trip, 2 on arrival in Namibia and one as we left. Heidi, Ben, Sigrid and their staff were wonderful. We had a little difficulty with our vehicle rental and they were supportive and helpful as we worked out the difficulties. The accommodations are comfortable, pleasant and secure. Breakfast is delicious. Heidi could you share the recipe for the bread? We will definitely return for future visits.

Room Tip: We have stayed in both rooms one and six, both were spacious, comfortable and quiet.

it was just okay, good for one night stay before or after a flight. It was easy to find from the airport. The breakfast was good but our room was next to the lounge and can be noisy at times.
Owners were nice and helped with ordering in food for dinner.

Room Tip: stay away from the main lounge where breakfast is served unless you plan on getting up early

Thank you for sharing your view of Villa Violet. It is much appreciated and contributes to improvement of our services.
It is true that one room is adjacent to the breakfast area where the day starts early. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused, it was certainly not on purpose.
Kind regards

Would definitely stay here again when visiting Namibia. The Villa Violet is small B&B which we appreciated. Our room was detached from the other buildings and was quiet and very comfortable. Staff, particularly Sigrid, were exceedingly helpful with making dinner reservations and arranging transportation. The dipping pool was a welcome respite after a hot day of touring, and we loved the cookie jar available at all hours! The water for showers is solar heated, so guests should be advised that a morning shower will be cool and may want to wait for later. But this is a minor inconvenience for a place which is otherwise very welcoming and comfortable.

Villa Violet is warm and beautiful place to stay. Our hosts Heidi and Egret were amazing. We were stuck there because our rental car didn't arrive, and our hosts happily accommodated our needs. They truly go above and beyond at Villa Violet.

Very pleasant clean accommodation in a pleasant garden, ideal for overnight or short stays.
Overnight security personnel on site which was reassuring.
Owner booked Joes restaurant ( very quirky good food if not a little hectic) close by.
Aircon rather noisy but that could be just us not being used to them.
We stayed one night at the start of our trip and one on the return. Neighbours dog on the last night was obviously lonely & barked far into the evening.
Overall we were content with the overall experience.

Room Tip: We were in suite 6 which was away from the courtesy bar & lounge so was quiet. Aircon was quite...
