Spent approx. 15 minutes there as a part of Kigali your, had some interesting stuffs.
They also have a nice bar next to the museum, where you can enjoy a nice view and cold beverages.

It is not a large gallery but the works are absolutely stunning. We visited during the day and were able to meet the artists and spend some time chilling with a quick beer while enjoying the scenery. We were sad to miss happy hour on Thursday! Well worth a visit.
When in Kigali, be sure to pass by the Inema art center. It's a beautiful space with artistic flair and talent.
Some interesting and some not so interesting work. Work of local artisans is for sale, which is nice. However, I was amazed as to how small the place is. One could easily be in and out in 15 minutes. Not sure why it's consistently so highly rated of things to do in Kigali.
Anyone visiting Rwanda has to visit Inema Art Center twice: once in the daytime, to see the stunning artwork (and to meet the artists who made it!) and once on a Thursday night, when everyone in Kigali comes to party here. Definitely one of the most memorable places in the city.
You walk in with a powerful artistic message from the President on the future of Rwanda.
Beautiful and colorful art by local artists at very reasonably prices. A must visit in Kigali.
