The Kingfisher staff and equipment where all excellent. The staff gave great instructions and were always on hand to help at various points on the trip as well as the guides that were with us the whole time. This excellent service combined with the beautiful scenery, made for a wonderful team building experience for our students. Kingfisher canoes were also excellent at working to our time table, which meant we did 3 trips with them (in groups of 12 to 14 students/teachers) over the course of two days.

Had a great time canoeing in Musanze with Eloi and Steve. Both were really friendly and helpful, collected us and dropped us back at our hotel. The canoeing is calm and relaxing with beautiful scenery. Would and will recommend it to anyone and everyone of all ages!

We booked the Kivu and Musanze trips during our stay and had great service from Steve, who was very helpful during the booking process.
The sunset kayak was very beautiful (although due to the cloud not much of a sunset!), but the views across the lake were stunning and our guide was good fun and full of information. We would have liked to have seen and spoken to the fishermen, but otherwise the trip was good fun. The Musanze canoe trip was beautiful, we had perfect weather and got to see a slice of rural life in Rwanda. It's a shame that we didn't speak to many locals a bit more interaction would have been great, especially as the length of the trip was long, but after a day trekking, it was a good value activity to do.
