The correct name is the "Carnivore" restaurant. It has imitation ivory tusks at the entrance and the theme is an African BBQ. Some stuffed animals add to the decor. Dining is outside with mist spray in hot weather or inside airconditioned. The huge outdoor BBQ pit eminates the smell of the cooking meat. You get a very hot metal plate in a wooden holder and the BBQ meat is on a sword which is carved straight on to your plate. Lamb, beef, chicken, pidgeon and ostrich are on the BBQ. Staff are well trained, speak good English and are mainly from other countries!
