My family stayed in this hotel for two nights and I must say its a good value for money place... For the amount they are asking ... For a well carpeted rooms in a quiet serene area of Kampala... I would say its the place to be for those who are looking for a quiet Christian hotel . The Internet was on and off but we were informed. It was the Internet providers who were the problem... As for the food.. Thumbs up again you get what you ask for... Most couples and families on holiday for more than two days have always wanted a hotel away from the towns and this hotel is well placed.. I would recommend this place for families and couples on honeymoon or just around for bussiness in Kampala ... This is truly a pocket friendly place yet at the same time the place is of high standard... We look forward to a longer stay next time..

I stayed here for more than a month, so got to know the place well.
On the plus side: the rooms are as other reviewers have noted clean and big and the beds are enormous; front desk staff are very helpful. It's generally a very quiet place.
But....
Internet worked maybe 3-4 days during the whole period I was there.
Many of the dishes on the menu are rarely if ever available, preparation takes much too long and there were many mistakes.
The owner promises improvements, a new chef and professional management so I look forward to seeing if there will be improvements.
Oh and if you are not married and wish to have guests in the room, you're out of luck. What they call "Christian values" are strictly enforced, to the point that heated discussions about whether a guest is a "good Christian" for questioning this policy ensue.

For $70 for a twin room this seemed cheap and so expectations were not high. But on arrival we were welcomed warmly. The rooms were clean, airconditioned and carpeted (a first in Uganda) - really comfortable. The pool was small but clean.

I would quite happily stay here again - good by any standards.

Room Tip: Room 112 had mosquito nets

Located in Bugolobi, very good value for money, spotless, quiet. There's a small swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is generous and you get a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, omelettes. Have also had several meals and they were acceptable to good, everything is home-made and I really appreciate it. Been here twice and experienced some technical difficulties during my last stay (internet & DSTV), but everything possible has been done in order to tackle the problems ASAP.

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet and pleasant
