The hotel was very accommodating, finding room that suited our budget as well as helping out with various aspects if our trip such as taxi, busses, laundry and more. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Kathmandu!

First warning - don't stay here when it is hot season! The air conditioner was connected to a power outlet that was shut off when we checked in (actually, all of the power was shut off when we checked in). When the power was restored in the evening after the scheduled daily power outage, we realized that there was still a problem with the outlet for the air conditioner. Eventually, the maintenance crew fixed the power issue. After that, the air conditioner barely kept the room cool. It was still uncomfortable though...and returned to super hot during the day when power was shut off again.

Breakfast was mediocre. Sufficient, but nothing to be excited about. Service was good, albeit slightly unfriendly.

The bathroom was subpar. It was dimly lit and not very clean feeling. The toilet flush mechanism works in such a way that it doesn't actually flush; it only diluted the water. A separate bucket was required...

There is no elevator in the building, so be ready to climb a lot of stairs if you are on a higher floor.

Room Tip: We paid for the most expensive "suite" room and do not feel like we got anything that was...

I stayed here for 2 nights and I thought it was very good for the price.

The people were friendly and helped me carry my luggage to my room happily. The reception and management team are quite good at English too. The food I ate, both received from the buffet and from individual cafe orders, was always served hot, fast, and fresh. It's also located right in the heart of the tourist district of Thamel.

It can get very loud when big groups of Indian tourists come, but they quiet down after dinner. LOL

I don't have any complaints. If you're looking for a simple hotel in Kathmandu to stay for a few nights, then this is your place.

Room Tip: You either get a room with a fan or with an air conditioner. Let them know which one you want. Als...

I was in room no 404. Room was very neat & clean. Beautiful city and mountain view from the room. Hotel is in a good location. Many restaurants, market places, Cafe, Bar, spa etc are just a step away.

I must appreciate the staff, they are really very nice and ready to help you all the time with a big smile.
The service of the hotel is also very good. They have a good restaurant which server nice food.
I am totally satisfied with their service

Room Tip: Deluxe or suit room

I stayed in the hotel in mid of Thamel, Kathmandu. The service is good and if one is fond of Momos and boneless chilly chicken, i strongly recommend to have a try here in the restaurant. Due to long power cuts all over kathmandu , it may be uncomfortable at times in summer. However for the price , the rooms, cleanliness and service is excellent.

the second room I received was on the middle atrium and the noise was horrible. The breakfast is okay, a cold buffet and one day about 50 East Indians came downstairs and took over the restaurant. As I sat by myself, some ladies sat their children down at my table and stared at me like I should leave. When I went to get more tea, someone took my chair and I had to shoo them away. Good location, decent tv service (cinemax, hbo) but the annoying part is the rolling electricity blackouts. You can't blame the hotel but there are rolling blackouts throughout Kathmandu which can be annoying as you won't have a fan in the middle of the night when it is extremely hot.

Room Tip: don't have a room that is situated on the inner atrium as the noise carries
