We stayed here for our visit to Katmandu and can recommend it as being above average. The staff are a delight and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed the food and one of our party had their birthday one evening and they made every effort to celebrate with the maximum style of celebration. The rooms are clean and quiet and with good views over the city. A great bas eform which to explore the city and the countryside.

We stayed here because our international flight landed in the evening and we had an early morning flight the next day. I booked a deluxe room and from the photos on their website, there was no way that was a deluxe room. It was a simple room with a bed and barely enough room to walk on either side. There was a table with two chairs and a tv. The bathroom was nice size, and the room was clean.

According to the website there is a lounge bar with a wide variety of international drinks. The only thing we could get was a beer from the restaurant.

The neighborhood dogs barked well after midnight so I really didn't get much sleep at all, and that was with the windows shut and on the 6th floor.

The only nice quaility of this hotel besides the fact you can walk to the terminals is the staff. The evening and morning staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the international airport as we had an early morning departure. You could easily walk to the international terminal with your luggage. The hotel appearance was typical of what you would find close to an airport, but the staff were very friendly and accomodating. A buffet breakfast was included with our room, but since we were leaving earlier, the restaurant staff packed us 'box' breakfasts of muffins and fruit to take with us. The room was a good size, quiet, with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The free hotel WIFI was unbearably slow, so we ended up paying $7 for a 24 hour voucher to get regular speed WIFI in our room. We would recommend this hotel only if you need to be close to the airport - otherwise there are more varied and eclectic choices across the city in Thamel.

I choose this hotel since its located within walking distance from Airport. I had to take Mountain flight so I had to be in the airport at 0530 in morning.
Even from checking in, already a problem. The staff couldn't found my reservation, and I had to argue for the wifi access which is complimentary in my paid reservation.
The internet is very very painfully slow.
Would not stay here again, there are better options in Kathmandu for sure

There was always a problem to find a decent place to stay near to International airport. But The Airport hotel fulfill this requirement of travelers who have early/late arrival/departure flight. Its a decent place to spend night and service is good as well.

It is right in front of the Airport entrance gate! Very convenient! Very close to Pashupatinath temple, this is excellent part. However to visit rest of the city you end up paying taxi charges, which is little expensive there. Food is average, there is no casino. For casino you need to look for other hotel. Nice place for short stay with the family
