I stayed here in early Nov 2013 on my Kathmandu-Pokhara trip. The hotel is very close to the airport, just takes 5-7 mins, which is wonderful. The hotel itself is very nice. Has a nice welcoming lobby. The staff at the reception is very efficient and check in and check out is smooth and quick. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size but not cramped and have all necessary amenities like Ac climate control, Electric kettle, mineral water.
The breakfast spread is huge and delicious with a lot of fresh fruits and Indian dishes too!
The restaurant staff was excellent and efficient too.
On my return from Pokhara i was given a room that didnt have an electric kettle. On complaining an electric kettle was promptly sent to the room in under 5 mins! Wonderful service!
The only downside of this hotel was that it being an airport hotel is far away from the city centre and has no nightlife close by. No decent shops or restaurants or pubs. And because it was Nepal bandh while i was traveling it seriously affected my plans for a nice evening meal in the Thamel area.
On the whole a very good hotel if distance from all the city centre action does not matter to you.
