Location close to Old Town,friendly staff

Spent 3 nights with my wife from 8th to11 Jan,2019.
Hotel is very clean and well run and kept.
Located in travelers area just of the corner of the main street.
Staff is very nice and helpful.
10 minutes walk to the old city and various restaurant and convenience stores are a plenty around.
Very good choice for Kathmandu definitely.

A friendly Establishment

Stayed at Hotel Nepalaya and took a tour organised by them to Pokhara. The driver and guide were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends who plan to visit Nepal in the future.

very nice hotel in Thamel

I was in hotel Nepalaya for three nights and was very nice experience. hotel is located in Central thamel, staff are very nice, rooftop garden, is very nice, strong wifi and 24 hours hot water flow. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Oasis in the Heart of Kathmandu (Thamel)

The hotel is a hidden gem. Only steps away from all the shops and sights. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the rooftop terrace has spectacular 360 degree views of the entire city, where I enjoyed delicious foods. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting or passing through Kathmandu.

Yoga retreat

After certified yoga training course I spent three days at Hotel Nepalaya which was running by yoga teacher. I enjoyed my yoga learning in city. its just corner of Thamel but completely scilence and peaceful place. it's hard to believe we can find such a peaceful place in Thamel.
highly recommend from bottom of my heart for reiki healing course without any doubt.
