“Best Hotel in Kathmandu”
Reviewed 18 October 2012 via mobile

I stayed at Annapurna, Ambassador garden home and finally at Radisson on my trip to Kathmandu and my final taughts were that i should have booked my entire stay with only Radisson. I was in a premium room in the new wing. Room and bed was too good, bathroom was excellent with see through mirror and rain shower. Room service and breakfast were really nice. Checkin and checkout was quick.Wifi was free. Near to Thamel and location is perfect. Spa, Kukri shop, supermarket, leather boutique everything on the same lane of hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kathmandu for business / liesure.

The hotel is located near to the city center. The new wing is quite good comparative to the old one. But the gym and health club is still at old wing at 4th floor. A good choice for breakfast at new wing i am not sure about the old wing though. The wifi Internet is ok. Overall you will find a friendly staff and good hospitality.

The hotel is situated in quite central area of Kathmandu yet relatively calm and quite. I stayed there a few years back for a business conference. The hotel is a modern and new building. The standard Rooms we stayed are well appointed but bit small in size. Bathroom is also very modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and very good. The restaurants are also good for dinning purpose.

We were supposed to arrive on a Saturday and leave on Monday, but with weather being bad, it took us 2 days to get from Jomsom (Annapurna) to Kathmandu. We arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning, and the staff were quick to get us settled in. Enjoyed the facilities for only 3 hours in total, having to take some time to quickly visit Kathmandu. Lovely hotel, well situated, everything works! Phew!

Very comfortable hotel for someone who is used to American hotels. Upgrade to the business wing and get a room facing the back to avoid street noise. I like that this hotel is close to everything. Breakfast is okay. Gym, jacuzzi for ladies, and pool are nice and convenient. Comfy towels and pillows. Free Internet!!!

The executive rooms in the new wing are well appointed and functional! The breakfast and dinner buffets are good value-for-money. The staff are polite and looking to please. The location is good and the cul-de-sac where the hotel is located is quiet.

Room Tip: The new wing, facing away from the street and on a higher floor.

This hotel looks old. Situated in the heart of the Kathmandu city. Limited breakfast food choice at lobby cafe. Comfortable and spacious room and good wifi connection. But very noisy in the morning because the housekeeping staffs keep talking with each other and the wall is very thin. The bed and pillows were a little hard but the ambience of the room is good. Good location and comfortable stay. Good value.
