You could find a lotof similar places in Nepal, so it is not worth to pay 10$ for it, but if you want to visit Durbar square its worth to pay a visit.

This Temple which is located in the heart of Kathmandu is the one of the attraction that you won't missed if you are within the Durbar Square neighborhood. It is close to other major attractions too.

Its nice to see the rebuilding of these structures from the earthquake, and admire the Pagoda style temples.

Personally I find these places so interesting to look around and see the history of
such buildings and I do believe this is when you need a great Guide to explain all
about what the buildings were used for and also the architecture.
For a small price I would pay it and look and know it is going towards rebuilding of
the ancient temples.

This temple like most in Kathmandu is amazing
but it can be seen from the square's entrance and I really
don't think it is worth the US$10 admission fee ( particularly
If you are n a large group or family).
The square itself is a tourist trap where one gets chased
by the stall sellers to buy cheap trinkets at inflated prices
