So many temples concentrated here, but this triple-roofed one, named after the goddess Taleju, is easily viewed with its lovely painted struts.

You really need to spend the whole day at Durbar Square ....there is SO much to see ... This beautiful Temple is part of the experience . By paying to look around you are helping the Nepali people to rebuild . By spending the whole day there you are contributing to the local economy . I found after a few hours in Durbar Square my Brain was actually on fire and there was smoke coming out of my ears . Incredible ......

You could find a lotof similar places in Nepal, so it is not worth to pay 10$ for it, but if you want to visit Durbar square its worth to pay a visit.

This Temple which is located in the heart of Kathmandu is the one of the attraction that you won't missed if you are within the Durbar Square neighborhood. It is close to other major attractions too.

Its nice to see the rebuilding of these structures from the earthquake, and admire the Pagoda style temples.
