First of all, sorry for the possible mistakes: English is not my native language, but i though more people could read the review if I tried in english, plus i had to speak english in Nepal everywhere so...
I've just arrived home from this wonderfull trip I had in Nepal. This country is amazing, and the city of Pokhara especially, more than Kathmandu.
I stayed in this very nice hotel and the people I met there are a big part of the good memory i keep of this city.
The staff was very helpfull, and arranged everything I asked for: A paraglyding flight over the lake, wich was outstanding even though the view over the mountain was partially cloudy, but the eagles were there, and so was the view over the temples, the gorgeous Fewa lake and the city itself. A must do.
They also arranged my roundtrip to Chitwan, wich was a lot hotter than Pokhara, and were I was able to go elephants riding in the morning to glimpse at the rhinos.
I didn't have time to go to Lumbini, Budha's birthplace, so I really cannot give any advice about the place, even though the people I met in the hotel, at breakfast, who went there seemed to really have enjoyed the place.
As for the hotel itself, it was super clean ( a real surprise after the hotel in kathmandu), and had a bathtub, TV, air conditionning and very comfy bed.
The food was good, delivered right in the bedroom, or on the roof top where the view of the Annapurna mountains is UNBELIEVABLE.( wish I had the same weather the day I went paraglyding).
Hint: If you're an early bird, it 's definitly worth going on the roof top at sunrise, seing the orange, red and pink color of the rising sun reflecting on the snow over the gigantic Annapurna mountain, on the dark night background. Great souvenir.
This hotel was great, and so was my entire stay in this wonderfull city.
