Stayed there for one week and returned after walking to ABC Basecamp. Good, clean rooms, nice garden, good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff is funny, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again. Bargain on the price!

We chose this hotel due to the praise it received from other sites. It included a pick-up from the bus station. Upon arrival you walk through the lovely garden and we were greeted by the manager who is very professional and friendly.

The first time we stayed here we were in a standard room. It was very clean with storage space including a wardrobe and two tables with one next to the bed. The bathroom was also clean. There is hot water throughout the day, which is excellent. The second time we were in a deluxe room, which had lots of light and was an excellent size. Again it was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean. WiFi reaches all rooms and the gardens but it is rather slow. You can load web pages but it does take some time.
Another positive to staying here was the fact the staff are not overly pushy and do not try to force tours on you. They are willing to help if you require it and the manager seemed knowledgeable in regards to Pokhara activities and also places to eat.

Breakfast is also good and includes a hot drink with egg, potatoes and toast. You can chose to pay extra and get a different choice if you so wish.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The light switches are near the beds and the generator is turned on at 6.30pm. I think it is good value for money and I do recommend staying here.

We stayed five nights at the hotel.
We asked to change room because of missunderstandings during booking procedure. After one night they gave us a new room without arguiing. Thumbs up!. The manager and his stuff are very friendly and authentic. The staff is also very fast and motivated. The hotel is also well located and calme only 3 minutes away from the busy lakeside street. After one month travelling trough nepal we had great time to relax an act as normal tourists:).

Rating at 65 among 197 ain't convincing at first place. But looking at most positive reviews, we decided to book for a night. Friendly and polite staffs. Hotel manager, Mr. Dilu arrange a free pick up from airport, and gave us a free upgrade from a standard room to a deluxe suit with superb mountain views. However, the free upgraded room comes with limitation, that we are not allowed to use the aircond. Nevertheless, glaring of sunrise and sunset directly from the window had made it up. You most likely won't get these freebies during peak season. Strongly suggest to visit Pokhara during the non-peak season. Lesser crowd, better services and easier to bargain.

The only downside would be the inconsistent hot shower. Although the hotel owns it solar generator, but apparently it's not enough to accomodate the whole hotel. This is different from Butterfly Lodge, which we stayed for few nights after back from trekking. We actually found that Butterfly Lodge has bigger rooms and a persistent 24 hour hot shower as it claims.

Reminder: Hotel ratings in Tripadvisor has become less reliable and deceptive sometimes. Some guests would offer to write good reviews in return for cheaper rooms. Anybody can write a review here. You know what I mean.
