Comfortable, clean and quite rooms, good and friendly service of all staff, good restaurant serving good food for diner and lunch, as well as a rich breakfast buffet, nice garden incl. large swimming pool - just a pefect location for relaxing and recovering from the trekking.

The Manager and the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. Wifi was free in room and lobby. A nice short walk to the lake and the Spa of hotel is truly relaxing.

The main street for shops and restaurants and night life is just a short walk away.

You have plenty of convenient stores opposite the hotel.

The Swimming Pool is just what I wanted it to be like and the food and breakfast at the restaurant is just too good compared to all other places I stayed in Nepal.

Service was excellent and cant wait to come back here again. Just love the forest layout. Superb!!!

We stayed one night here before our trek, and two nights at the end, so we had two different rooms and they kept our big bags for us while we were away.
The hotel is just a few yards up a side street from the main lakeside area, at the quieter end. It has a lovely pool with a kids section, loungers and towels provided.
Both times our rooms were on the ground floor, and each had a veranda with tables and chairs, one with a big tree outside. The beds were very comfortable and the place very clean..
I had problems getting the shower to work at first, but mastered it later!
We had a great selection at the buffet breakfast with eggs made as you wanted, and a great variety of fruits and breads, etc.
We just had light lunches by the pool or in the garden which were good.
Staff very friendly and efficient. We did not try the spa area.
Would certainly recommend "Temple Tree"

We spent our last 3 nights here after our trek, just the pool alone and the bar next to it were worth it,the rooms were nice and clean, well set out, very good staff, good food and room service, its on a side street just off the main street so it was nice and quite,we did have a large number of Indian families there, nice to know the kids all over the world are the same, very loud.if your looking for a quite get away, maybe not the spot, but a very nice place none the less.

This hotel has some of the best facilities/accomodations we found in Nepal. Beautiful gardens, attractive stone cottages, very clean rooms and bedding. A throw stone from main lakeside road, though very quiet once you are inside. It has open pool, restaurants and a lovely open bar. Certainly a first class choice

Room Tip: North side rooms have mountain views
