The staff were kind and welcoming but the beds were hard and the mattresses desperately in need replacing and the air conditioning did not work
The bathrooms need a makeover as the water in the showers had a very small flow and they needed a good clean as did the rest of the room
The breakfast was very basic and the bread was dry and hard
The television in the room did not give access to international news channels so was pretty useless for English speaking clients

Looks ok from outside, reception neat no problem checking in. Room a decent size but very basic. Room looked a bit dated and run down. Only facility was a old fashion tv with very poor reception unwatchable. Beds comfortable pillows ok. Cold shower only time we got got water was final morning when we got up at 5am. Got women up early hours with dogs barking and drinks returning to there hotels. Nice balcony whit table and chairs. Just down the street from main tourist street with lots of cafes , shops and your office's.

Room Tip: Front of hotel noise early hours with dogs barking.

This hotel has a good location, close the the main street of Pokhara. The rooms were very spacious - we also were given a balcony which was nice. The air conditioning worked well, however without this the room was freezing. The showers were hot and had strong pressure. Overall, this hotel had the basics ie hot water, comfortable beds etc but that is mostly it.

No elevator. Clean, big rooms and good shower . . Good central location to everything Pokhara. I would recommend it. No bugs. No views. Front desk was helpful. Comfortable beds . . Quiet central location in Pokhara.

I stayed in this hotel during the low-season.
The positives: Good-sized room with working AC, ensuite bathroom with unlimited hot water and working Wi-Fi. The negatives: The breakfast was inedible, so went to a café on Lakeside each morning. The hotel staff were helpful, but spoke limited English. Average cleanliness in both the room and communal areas. I'd recommend staying across the street at Middle Path Hotel if they have space.
