We stayed here 2 nights and did a jungle walk and jeep safari. All organised bij Chilax. The walk and jeep safari where a good deal and very fun.

The room is very cheap but also very simple. If you hate mosquitos go to a more expensive place the mosquito net provided doesnt seem to hold them out.

The food is good and cheap. Nice surrounding with a lot of wildlife (birds). Very nice to hang around and talk with the people working there.

IMPORTANT: dont buy a package deal with touristy things for which you pay. Take a bus from Pokhara or Kathmandu and just show up. This way you can make your own programme.

Prices may 2014:
Room: 300 rp
Jungle walk: 1000 rp per person (4hr)
Jeep safari: 1500 rp per person
National park entrance: 1500 rupee

Located in heart of sauraha at peaceful location, no noise and friendly owner and staff. Treat nepali guest as same as foreign guest. Very happy to be there, owner is experienced wildlife guide and have many stories about jungle.

Room Tip: South part of single cottage is good and cool during summer season

This is the perfect place to stay just for a few days or for a long time...The emplacement is good, close to the city but also very quiet.

The rooms are cheap and confortable with a nice view at the garden and the little farm who provide the food which is excellent!

The staff is very helpful and give good informations about the awesome national park of Chitwan and all the jungle activities.

Definitively a loving place!

This is really a good place to stay felling like at home in Chitwan. All the staff and the owner Govinda are very friendly and helpful. They provided me bus ticket to India border and the owner dropped me for free at bus station. Unfortunately during our jungle trekking we only met few wild animals but, during the night, a Rhino came to visit us at the guest house!

I stayed here for over a week. Can see elephants walking in the streets. Get dal baht whenever you want. The name really reflects the place. They need to use a power generator sometimes but is normal for nepal. And makes it fun to charge things. Food is cheap as is room. Will go there again if I get the chance. Chitwan is a great place to see rhinos also.
