I was just here last night. Came because of TA. When you walk in the garlic smell smack you right in the face. You know you can't have enough garlic on any dish let alone Italian. It's not fine dining. The wine list is great. Reasonable. Me and my date ordered salad and an appetizer and 1 pizza and the lasagna. The salad came with the mushroom appetizer. Very good both of these. Then a meat dish showed up, oxtail almost osso buco made with oxtail. WOW, but we didn't order it. We kept it and it was great. Our pizza came, thin slices of pepperoni on top. We ate some, but we ordered the mushroom pizza. Opps, it wasn't our order neither. It was great however. Wondering how the mushroom deal would have tasted? Then the final dish did come, the lasagna, looking great, too full now to eat it. We took it home. All in all the food was just wonderful. Then the gal who manage the place came and we all drank together grappa she had us pour one after another. It was just a great evening out in Taipei. If you come here keep it simple. Pizza and the great wines they had and call it a night.

Hard to find a good variety of pizza and pasta in Taipei. Cosi O Cosi has it for you at a fairly good price. Atmosphere is simple, recommend upstairs dining. Servers okay but limited English and not very skilled. Owner is friendly and a nice host. Can bring your own bottle of wine if the typical house wine is too simple. Also has nice gelato flavors.

Taipei is short on good, authentic Italian food. This is the best in town.
Excellent service and atmosphere as well.

Comfortable Italian restaurant with excellent service and a nice selection. Although it has a reputation of being crowded, we had reservations for 8:30 and nearly had the restaurant to ourselves. Best part was the thin crust pizza. Definitely will be back.

This restaurant was commanded by a friend who lived in Taipei for 45 years. The pasta was fine but the pizza was incredibly good. It is the best pizza I had in Taipei and Silicon Valley, California where I lived for more than 20 years.
