As Taiwan is known as a computer manufacturing hub, I had expected a huge mega mall full of shops selling computer, accessories and hardwares. The original Guang Hua building only has two floors, with about 10 shops per floor, mostly selling the same items or offering repair services. After chatting with a few locals, I discovered the new Guang Hua Xintiandi, located across the road. I would recommend that you walk around the nearby streets as well, where the shops also focus on PC and audio stuff, as well as games. Prices are reasonable and it is a convenient on- stop for all your computing and phone needs.
You can also visit to a small market just opposite the Taipei main station from North exit no.1 and can find some relatively cheap price
