“Almost similar products”
Reviewed 27 June 2013

As Taiwan is known as a computer manufacturing hub, I had expected a huge mega mall full of shops selling computer, accessories and hardwares. The original Guang Hua building only has two floors, with about 10 shops per floor, mostly selling the same items or offering repair services. After chatting with a few locals, I discovered the new Guang Hua Xintiandi, located across the road. I would recommend that you walk around the nearby streets as well, where the shops also focus on PC and audio stuff, as well as games. Prices are reasonable and it is a convenient on- stop for all your computing and phone needs.

You can also visit to a small market just opposite the Taipei main station from North exit no.1 and can find some relatively cheap price

“Disappointing”
Reviewed 13 December 2012 via mobile

I would expect a place full of great electronic stuff But It's just mediocre. Price is also not fantastic, products offering limited. Most shops selling similar things. It's big disappointment to me as I expect Taiwan, the place Where great brands such as asus, acer, HTC...comes from, the products sold here are not too new and prices are even more expensive than elsewhere in the world .

Don't expect great deals here!!

“Electronics store with average prices”
Reviewed 19 October 2012

The mall is 5 stories high, but most shops carry simple components that are not hard to find (battery packs, external usbs, tablets, etc.), at prices that are higher than US Best Buy.
You can probably skip it unless you're looking for some items that can't wait or you won't be shoping in the US.

“Surprisngly small”
Reviewed 30 July 2012

With Taiwan being a computer manufacturing hub, I had expected a huge mega mall full of shops selling computer, accessories and peripherals. The original Guang Hua building only has two floors, with about 10 shops per floor, mostly selling the same items or offering repair services. After chatting with a few locals, I discovered the new Guang Hua Xintiandi, located across the road. This six- floor building is much like Sim Lim square in Singapore, and the first floor is mostly devoted to food. I would recommend that you walk around the nearby streets as well, where the shops also focus on PC and audio stuff, as well as games. Prices are reasonable and it is a convenient on- stop for all your computing and phone needs.

“Tech Supermarket of Taipei”
Reviewed 19 July 2012

If you are looking for any gadget - computers, cameras and the like, this is the place to be. The entire building is a 'supermarket' of tech stuff.
