I rarely complain, but...
The first room's smell of mould was unbearable, I asked front desk to move me to a different room.
The bathtub stands on 4 legs and but only 3 of them stand on the floor at any given time, every time you move it flips to other 3 legs making noise.
The breakfast is ok as long as you don't touch anything pre-cooked. Yogurts, fruits, bread and coffee are fine, but everything else is either overcooked, too greasy or just not edible. I know many people complain unnecessarily about food, I'm not one of them. I ate in the cheapest places in Taipei including street food at night markets. I wish United had anything similar for breakfast, I'm sure at would be same price or cheaper than today.
Gym is a joke. 1 treadmill? Really? Besides the floor looks dirty.
Pros: location. In the center, subway station across the street, lots of dining options around.
Stuff is clearly doing their best in the circumstances, anything above is not their fault. Major renovation would definitely help. .More
